SABBATH TESTS PROCEDURE

Step 1:

Find out when you are writing a Sabbath test(if possible get this information at least a week before the test).

 

Step 2:

Inform your lecturer of your beliefs.

 

Step 3:

Try one of the two following options at least 4 days before your test(i.e by Tuesday but please try to do it earlier that week).

3.1     Fill in the Sabbath tests form(visit www.uwcsdasm.wix.com/bellvillecampus to access the form)

or

3.1 Email 3261908@myuwc.ac.za, with you name, surname,student number,module name ,department name,lecturer name.

 

NB// PLEASE TRY TO THE OPTION 3.1 FIRST

 

Step 4:

If you do not receive a confirmation that we have received your details by Thursday afternoon call :0837403895 or 0749630595.

 

Step 5:

On the Sabbath of your TEST you will attend church at Bellville South church(only) and after the Sabbath you will write you test there(they will provide transport to take you back home if you do not have any)

• Be there by 8:30am.

• Bring your Bible.

• Bring all the material that you need to write your paper(e.g. pen, ruler, calculator, etc.)

• No visitors allowed unless you have mentioned them before hand.

• Bring your own lunch and extra please.

• No cell phone use allowed until after your test.

• Please smile for the people and have a blessed Sabbath day.

 

Isaiah 58:13-14 If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: (14) Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
